The Race
We are holding a unique RoadRowing®
Endurance Race. It will start in Boston USA and finish in Philadelphia, a distance of 350 miles/563 kms.
The course:
The race course will follow the East Coast Greenway Cycle track and will be open to the first 50 competitors who sign up and pay their entry fee deposits. Numbers will be strictly limited.
The Race will start beside the Charles River. The Race will be a series of daily “etapes” or stages and accommodation and evening meals will be provided at the end of each stage.
Details about the race:
The entry fee is £7,000+VAT and each entrant will receive their own unique serial numbered RoadRower® to keep and with their name printed on the chassis. All participating RoadRowers® must be the non-electric version.
We would encourage entrants to use the Race as an opportunity to raise money for their favourite charity. There will be cash prizes for each Stage winner (male and female). The race is open to all ages and stages. Our Founder Rupert Cattell is one of the entrants and he’s 66!
Each competitor will have their own profile published on our website with links to their twitter, facebook and gofundme pages.
If you want to participate, then please complete the form below and pay an initial deposit of 25% of the entry fee (£1,800) to secure your place.
Delivery is anticipated to be in May 2023. Further information and the racing rules will be provided to all competitors in due course.
The initial 25% deposit paid will be refundable less an administration fee up until the second 25% is due. Thereafter it will not be refundable unless another race entrant takes your place.
