Rupert Cattell, CEO commercial lawyer and serial entrepreneur who has conceived, established and sold a number of businesses: He established and eight years later, successfully sold a chain of day nurseries in Australia. He conceived and built a business brokerage of which he was Group Managing Director and which was floated on AIM with multiple private equity shareholders before selling out in 2007.

Rupert was then backed by an institutional venture capitalist to build another business brokerage and he completed an MBO in 2016. He is a university rowing blue and a three times Australian Masters and a World Masters single sculling champion.

Charlie Caminada, Chairman has had a successful career in leadership positions in media and retail in the UK, United States and Australia, serving on plc boards in world class brand building companies including a London listed FTSE 250 company. Charlie was a director of the leading radio station Triple M Group in Sydney before joining ITV.

In 1990, he was a founder member and subsequently Chief Operating Officer of HIT Entertainment plc, a FTSE 250 brand and IP organization sold in 2005 for $1.1bn. He was a leadership figure in the creation of a successful American TV network, now Universal Kids.

John Packer, Designer has been designing and making since childhood. His fascination with machines and mechanisms, natural forms and phenomena, poetry and musical composition, and the creative process, all feed into the various projects he has worked on.

Since graduating in Industrial Design in 1991, he has worked on interactive science exhibits, public art pieces around the UK, bridges, structural and kinetic sculptures, innovative playground features, multi-fuel burners, performance art pieces, bikes/trikes and bike trailers.
